Chocolate Black Bean Pudding

This is the healthiest high-protein chocolate pudding, there isn't even a gram of fat in the pudding, yet it is so creamy. Feel free to add more dates if it is not sweet enough, or more cocoa powder if you desire a richer chocolate taste. The recipe is super flexible and can be topped with a variety of delicious toppings.
Ingredients
1 540ml can of black beans, drained and rinsed
5-6 large dates, pitted
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Toppings
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Chocolate chips
Nuts (walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.)
Directions
Combine the beans, dates, cocoa powder, salt, and water in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve in small bowls and top with desired toppings
