Chocolate Black Bean Pudding

Ingredients

1 540ml can of black beans, drained and rinsed

5-6 large dates, pitted

1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Toppings

Unsweetened shredded coconut

Chocolate chips

Nuts (walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.)

Directions


  1. Combine the beans, dates, cocoa powder, salt, and water in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve in small bowls and top with desired toppings
