Green Veggie Wreath
Ingredients
250g broccolini
200g snap peas
100g green peas
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1-2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1-2 tablespoons feta
Directions
Steam the vegetables: broccolini for 8-10 minutes, snap peas for 4-5 minutes, green peas for 2-4 minutes.
Start by placing the broccolini around the plate's circumference to create a wreath. Then add in the snap peas and peas to fill it out. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, flaky sea salt, cranberries and feta.
